January is about over, how are you doing on those new year’s resolutions?

Statistics state that about 70% of new year’s goals are completely abandoned by the 2nd week in January, and 80% by the end of the month.

Why such poor numbers?

Well, there are a few different factors but one of the main reasons is changing and incorporating new rituals.  Daily and weekly rituals are going to determine the actions you take on a consistent basis which greatly affects your results.
